File Your Claim
Our office prepares the claim package: photo evidence, damage scope, material specifications, and repair estimate in Xactimate format. We file with your carrier and track the claim through to adjuster assignment.
Adjuster Meeting
Dermott Roofing & Maintenance sends an inspector to every adjuster meeting. We make sure nothing gets overlooked and that the scope of work covers all damage, not just the most visible areas. If the estimate comes in low, we supplement.
Storm Restoration
We handle the work and coordinate final inspection with your carrier if required. After completion, you get before-and-after documentation and your warranty paperwork. The entire process, from storm to finished roof, managed by Dermott Roofing & Maintenance.
